A two-way live connection, not a brochure widget
Quotes, reservations and account changes write back to Space Manager. Availability updates as it happens. The same descriptions and photos you already maintain can be used anywhere else you need them on the web.
Live quotes & reservations
Customers get a real quote from Space Manager, including your discount models and adaptive pricing. One click reserves the unit. Deposits can be taken online if you want them.
Quote to account
Take the journey all the way through: identity, ongoing payment, insurance value and contract, completed on a phone, tablet or computer.
Day-to-day account management
Tenants update address and contact details, manage ongoing payments, see recent transactions and generate invoices - live against their Space Manager record.
Check-in without the queue
