Pentangle Price Recommendations pulls local rates from Stortrack Optimize, compares them with your base prices, and queues a suggestion. Nothing is written back until you click Accept. It sits on the management system you already run - not a Stora-only product.
What it does
Stortrack is the market data. Your management system is where prices live. This product sits between them so you stay in control.
Competitor rates, every morning
We pull Stortrack Optimize prices for the stores mapped to each site. You do not need your own Optimize login - Pentangle holds that connection.
Recommendations you approve
When a tracked competitor is enough below your monthly base price, an action appears. Accept applies a new base price in the connected system. Dismiss leaves it untouched.
Your rules, your floor
Set the undercut threshold, whether to match the lowest competitor or step down by a percent, and an optional price floor so suggestions cannot go below a line you draw.

1. Connect your software
Sign in at the Price Recommendations workspace and connect the system you price in. We sync the catalog so sites and unit types come across automatically.
2. Map sites and units
We match your locations in Stortrack and approve the workspace. You then link each site to its store, and the unit types you want priced.
3. Review actions
Refresh recommendations, or let the morning pull run. Each pending row shows your current price, the suggestion, the competitor, and how far you are undercut.
4. Apply the price
Accept, then choose the suggested amount, round to .99, round to the nearest pound, or enter a custom figure. That writes the monthly base price in your management system. Existing tenancies usually stay as they are unless you change them there.
Per-site pricing, with volume like Optimize
You pay per mapped site, not per API pull. Starter and Pro set how many closest competitors we track. The per-site rate then drops as you add sites, using the same store-count bands as Stortrack Optimize. Billed in Price Recommendations, not inside Connect.
